VOTES MAY BE CAST IN PERSON BY THOSE IN ATTENDANCE AT THE ANNUAL MEETING. ANY CHANGES MADE TO THE CREDIT UNION BY-LAWS REQUIRE APPROVAL BY THE MEMBERSHIP.
