THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO RAISE AND DISTRIBUTE FUNDS TO OTHER QUALIFIED SECTION 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS. PRIMARILY, THE ORGANIZATION GRANTS FUNDS TO OTHER EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROMOTE EDUCATION AND MEDICAL RESEARCH, AND ASSIST FAMILIES INCLUDING LOW-INCOME FAMILIES AND CHILDREN.
