SERVICES ARE PRIMARILY PROVIDED BY HOME HEALTH AIDES LICENSED BY N.C. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES AND PROVIDED EXCLUSIVELY TO ELDERLY CLIENTS WHO RESIDE AT CAROLINA MEADOWS RETIREMENT COMMUNITY.
