THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO AREA ORGANIZATIONS AND PROJECTS WHOSE PRIMARY PURPOSE IS AN IMPROVEMENT IN THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR RESIDENTS IN COMMUNITIES LOCATED WITHIN THE CARROLL ELECTRIC MEMBERSHIP COOPERATIVE SERVICE TERRITORY.
