TO ASSIST CARTERET GENERAL HOSPITAL IN PROVIDING THE BEST POSSIBLE HEALTHCARE TO THE PEOPLE OF CARTERET COUNTY THROUGH FUND RAISING PROGRAMS THAT SUPPORT COMMUNITY BASED PROGRAMS, PURCHASE OF VITAL EQUIPMENT, CAPITAL EXPANSION, RENOVATIONS AND EDUCATION OF STAFF.
