THE CORPORATION HAS ENTERED INTO THE STANDARD FHA REGULATORY AGREEMENT GOVERNING THE OPERATION OF THE PROJECT WITH THE FEDERAL HOUSING ADMINISTRATION SECTION OF HUD.
