THE MISSION OF SKELLEY HOUSE IS TO HELP WOMEN REBUILD THEIR LIVES AFTER RELEASE FROM INCARCERATION. THIS WILL BE DONE BY PROVIDING A SAFE AND STABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR THEM TO ASSESS AND PRIORITIZE THEIR NEEDS, AND THEN WORKING TO MEET THOSE NEEDS IN A LAWFUL MANNER. SKELLEY HOUSE WILL ASSIST RESIDENTS SUFFERING FROM SUBSTANCE ABUSE BY LOCATING LOCAL SUPPORT GROUPS AND NETWORKS (E.G. AA, NA) AND WILL REQUIRE THOSE RESIDENTS TO ATTEND THOSE GROUPS.
