THE CASCADE 4-H FOUNDATION'S PURPOSE IS TO AID AND PROMOTE, BY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND OTHERWISE, 4-H PROGRAMS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH AND ADULTS ENROLLED IN 4-H IN CASCADE COUNTY.
