THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION SHALL BE TO PROVIDE ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION, ENDANGERED SPECIES HABITAT PROTECTION, SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY FARMING PRACTICES AND HISTORIC PRESERVATION OF A COASTAL FARM WHICH IS ADJACENT TO A STATE PARK LISTED ON THE CALIFORNIA STATE LIST OF HISTORIC PLACES.
