To alleviate human suffering by sponsoring direct service programs for the poor, the disadvantaged, the disabled, the elderly, and children with special needs._____Catholic Charities Bureau is created and organized to own, maintain, operate and conduct; directly or indirectly; as well as to assist and coordinate activities and Social Services in accordance with the charitable Works and traditions of the Roman Catholic Church.
