THE NEWCOMERS, THE FAMILY IN DANGER OF BECOMING HOMELESS, THE HUNGRY CHILD, THE EMOTIONALLY CHALLENGED AND DEVELOPING YOUTH ARE AMONG THOSE FOR WHOM WE HAVE PARTICULAR CONCERN.
