CATHOLIC ELDERCARE PROVIDES A FULL CONTINUUM OF CARE FOR SENIORS. OUR GOAL IS TO SUPPORT EACH PERSON THROUGHOUT THE REMAINDER OF THEIR LIVES IN A HOLISTIC WAY. WE PROVIDE CARE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FAMILY, CHURCH AND COMMUNITY IN AS LEAST RESTRICTIVE SETTING AS POSSIBLE, AND WITH THE GREATEST DEGREE OF SELF-DETERMINATION CONSISTENT WITH EACH INDIVIDUAL'S HEALTH AND SAFETY.
