ARTS COUNCIL IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO PRESENTING, PROMOTING AND SUSTAINING THE ARTS IN CECIL COUNTY. THE ARTS COUNCIL ALSO PROVIDES GRANT AND SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES TO COMMUNITY RESIDENTS, ORGANIZATIONS AND SCHOOLS.
