BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, COUNSELING, THERAPEUTIC RECREATION, AND ADVOCACY, CCES WILL CREATE AWARENESS OF ISSUES CONCERNING WOMEN, CHILDREN, FAMILY RIGHTS, AND SELF-SUFFICIENCY. THIS AWARENESS WILL THEREBY LESSEN THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT AND PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE.
