To promote the safe and organized development of youth ice hockey in Central Ohio. This is done by providing an educated population of officials for youth hockey associations and tournaments in Central Ohio. This work is invaluable in facilitating youth sporting organizations, educating youth hockey players on the importance of cooperation, teamwork, and respect for officials, and fostering a love of the game of hockey among players, officials and spectators alike.
