OUR VISION IS TO CREATE AN ENVIROMENT IN OUR CENTER THAT PROMOTES THE ENJOYMENT OF A FULLFILLED LIFE PROTECTING THEIR RIGHTS AND GUARANTEEING A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE .
