WILKINSON PHYSICIAN NETWORK IS ORGANIZED TO CARRY OUT SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND RESEARCH PROJECTS IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE FIELDS OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, MEDICAL ECONOMIES, PUBLIC HEALTH, SOCIOLOGY, AND RELATED AREAS; TO SUPPORT MEDICAL EDUCATION IN MEDICAL SCHOOLS THROUGH GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS; TO IMPROVE AND DEVELOP THE CAPABILITIES OF INDIVIDUALS AND INSTITUTIONS STUDYING, TEACHING AND PRACTICING MEDICINE; TO DELIVER HEALTH CARE TO THE PUBLIC; AND TO ENGAGE IN THE INSTRUCTION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN THE AREA OF MEDICAL SCIENCE, PUBLIC HEALTH, AND HYGIENE AND RELATED INSTRUCTION USEFUL TO THE INDIVIDUAL AND BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY. IN CARRYING OUT ITS MISSION, C.H. WILKINSON PHYSICIAN NETWORK SHALL FOLLOW THESE GUIDING PRINCIPLES: ADDRESS ACTUAL COMMUNITY NEEDS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AND OTHER PROVIDERS IN EACH COMMUNITY; ENCOURAGE UNIVERSAL ACCESS THAT INCLUDES THE POOR AND UNDERSERVED, AND PERMIT CATHOLIC HEALTH FACILITIES TO BE SENSITIVE TO AND
