Mission
CHACSC was organized to lessen the burdens of government on the City of Chicago and the Chicago Housing Authority; provide relief to the poor, the distressed, and the underprivledged; promote the health and social welfare of communities; and, for the rehabilitation, construction, and development of affordable housing.
