OUR HOME WILL DEVELOP INDIVIDUALS FROM SUBSTITUTE CARE TO INDEPENDENT LIVING RESPONSIBLE ADULTS. CHANGING THE WORLD INC. WILL ALSO PROVIDE INDEPENDENT LIVING ARRANGEMENT PROGRAM FOR TEENAGERS WHO HAVE EXEMPLIFIED THE ABILITY TO LIVE RESPONSIBLY IN AN INDEPENDENT LIVING ENVIRONMENT.
