THE ORGANIZATION IS A YACHT CLUB WHICH PROMOTES REGATTAS AND JR. SAILING WATER SPORTS IN SOUTH CAROLINA. IT OPERATES A LOUNGE AND PRIVATE ROOMS FOR MEETINGS AND PARTIES FOR ITS MEMBERS AND GUESTS TO FACILITATE THE SOCIALIZING AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF ITS MEMBERS.
