B) TO THE EXTENT THAT ACHIEVEMENT OF THE FOREGOING PURPOSE PERMITS, TO PROVIDE CERTAIN SUPPORT FOR SUPPLEMENTAL ITEMS (BEYOND THAT WHICH THE SCHOOL, THE UNIVERSITY, AND THE STATE SHOULD PROVIDE) FOR THE SCHOOL AND ITS STUDENTS, AND C) TO PROVIDE SPECIFIC ASSISTANCE AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY THE TERMS OF SPECIFIC BEQUESTS.
