CCLS IS A 36 MEMBER COOPERATIVE PUBLIC LIBRARY SYSTEM CHARTERED BY THE NYS EDUCATION DEPARTMENT TO FOSTER, STRENGTHEN, AND IMPROVE PUBLIC LIBRARY SERVICES WITHIN CHAUTAUQUA AND CATTARAUGUS COUNTIES BY PROVIDING ITS MEMBERS WITH TRAINING, ACQUISITION, AND PROCESSING.
