We empower people to improve their own lives by giving them a hand up; not just a hand-out. We do this by hosting essential local and regional services where everyone is treated with dignity and compassion. MISSION: Furthering Positive changes in people's lives. VISON: We envision a Chelan Valley where all people in need are compassionately connected with timely relief and other relevant resources.
