Mission

THE CHEYENNE RIVER YOUTH PROJECT (THE PROJECT), A YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHED IN 1988, IS INTEGRAL TO THE CHEYENNE RIVER RESERVATION'S SUPPORT SYSTEM IN EAGLE BUTTE, SOUTH DAKOTA. THE PROJECT IS A GRASSROOTS INITIATIVE TAILORED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING INNOVATIVE YOUTH PROGRAMMING AND FAMILY SERVICES. WITH OVER 350 FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS RESERVATION-WIDE, THE PROJECT REPRESENTS LOCAL PROBLEM-SOLVING FOR CRITICAL COMMUNITY CONCERNS.
