TO PROMOTE THE SUCCESS AND INFLUENCE OF ITS MEMBER AGENCIES TO ASSURE COMPREHENSIVE, RELEVANT AND EFFECTIVE SERVICES IN A FULLY INTEGRATED PUBLIC PRIVATE NETWORK THAT PROTECTS AND STRENGTHENS THE WELFARE OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN KANSAS.
