THE MISSION OF THE CHILDREN'S LAW CENTER IS TO (1) PROVIDE LEGAL REPRESENTATION AND RELATED SERVICES TO PERSONS WHO ARE PARTIES TO DEPENDENCY COURTS (2) PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO CHILDREN AND FAMILIES AT RISK OF ENTERING THE CHILD WELFARE SYSTEM OR IN NEED OF ADVOCACY TO PROMOTE PERMANENCE, SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND WELL-BEING AND (3) IMPACT CHILD WELFARE SYSTEM REFORM.
