THE PURPOSE OF THIS FOUNDATION SHALL BE TO RECEIVE AND ADMINISTER GIFTS AND BEQUESTS WHICH SHALL BENEFIT EDUCATION IN THE CHILLICOTHE R-II PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
