OUTREACH PROGRAM OF AFFILIATED CHURCHES TO PROVIDE STATE APPROVED CHILD CARE SERVICES TO FAMILIES IN A CHRISTIAN SETTING, ESPECIALLY TO THOSE FAMILIES WITH A DEMONSTRATED NEED FOR SERVICES AND WHO MAY NOT BE ABLE TO AFFORD TUITION CHARGED BY FOR-PROFIT CHILD CARE CENTERS.
