COMBINING RESEARCH, EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, AND PROJECT COORDINATION, CLP SUPPORTS COMMUNITY AND MUNICIAPAL ENGAGEMENT IN ENERGY DECISION-MAKING, TRANSFORMING ENERGY POLICY AND PRACTICE TO STREGTHEN LOCAL ECONOMIES, MITIGATE CLIMATE CHANGE AND INCREASE RESILIENCE.
