THE ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF, TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF, OR TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE. THE ORGANIZATION WILL LESSEN THE BURDENS ON CITY GOVERNMENT BY ADDRESSING CERTAIN CORE PROBLEMS TO CREATE MEANINGFUL, LASTING SOLUTIONS THAT BENEFIT ALL OF THE CITY'S RESIDENTS AND FURTHER THE PURPOSES OF THE CITY. THE ORGANIZATION WILL ATTEMPT TO BRING TOGETHER AND LEVERAGE THE RESOURCES OF LOCAL BUSINESSES, NONPROFITS, INDIVIDUALS, AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS TO SUPPLEMENT CITY EFFORTS AND MATCH CITY INVESTMENTS AS A PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP. THE ORGANIZATION AIMS TO ENABLE THE CITY TO APPROACH ITS GREATEST PRIORITIES WITH DESPERATELY NEEDED SPEED AND URGENCY, AND HOPES TO ENHANCE CITY-WIDE SELF-APPRECIATION AND HOPE FOR OUR FUTURE, AND TO INSPIRE A CALL TO ACTION TO BENEFIT OUR CITY.
