IS LOCATED AND/OR WHERE THE FOUNDATION OPERATES A FACILITY; 3) ENGAGE IN ACTIVITES AND PERFORM FUNCTIONS THAT CONSERVATORY LAB FOUNDATION, INC. WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE TO PERFORM; AND 4) OTHERWISE BENEFIT, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND SERVICES, CONSERVATORY LAB FOUNDATION, INC.
