THE PURPOSE OF CLUB CHEROKEE IS TO OWN AND MAINTAIN AIRCRAFT FOR USE BY ITS MEMBERS FOR FLIGHT OR FOR RECEIVING FLIGHT INSTRUCTION; TO ENCOURAGE AND ENABLE ITS MEMBERS TO IMPROVE THEIR FLYING SKILLS AND AVIATION KNOWLEDGE; TO STRIVE TO PROVIDE THE BEST FLYING VALUE POSSIBLE FOR ITS MEMBERS; TO OPERATE AS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION; AND TO FOSTER GOOD WILL AMONG MEMBERS AND THE AVIATION COMMUNITY THROUGH AN INTEREST IN AVIATION
