THE MISSION OF THE COATESVILLE AREA PUBLIC LIBRARY IS TO SERVE THE RESIDENTS OF ITS SERVICE AREA WITH A VARIETY OF LIBRARY MATERIALS AND SERVICES THAT PROVIDED FOR THE EDUCATIONAL, INFORMATIONAL, CULTURAL AND RECREATIONAL NEEDS OF ITS RESIDENTS.
