Mission
DISTRIBUTIONS FROM THE FUND SHALL BE MADE IN SUCH AMOUNTS AND AT SUCH TIMES FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES TO SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN PENNSYLVANIA WHO ARE RECEIVING TRANSPLANTS OR DONATING ORGANS TO COVER EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH MEDICAL TREATMENT. THIS FUND WILL ALSO SERVE TO SUPPORT CHARITABLE CAUSES, ACTIVITIES, AND ORGANIZATIONS IN THE LACKAWANNA COUNTY REGION.
