THE COLORADO ACADEMY OF FAMILY PHYSICIANS FOUNDATION IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION PROVIDING FAMILY PHYSICIANS AND THEIR COMMUNITIES WITH EDUCATION, RESOURCES, RESEARCH, AND ADVOCACY TO ADVANCE FAMILY MEDICINE AND TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF THE PEOPLE OF COLORADO.
