TO PROVIDE SERVICES AND TRAINING IN STORMWATER AND FLOODPLAIN CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY CONDUCTING CONFERENCES, WORKSHOPS, AND NEWSLETTERS TO MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS. CONFERENCE AND WORKSHOP REGISTRATION FEES SUPPORT THE ORGANIZATION.
