THE ORGANIZATION'S SPECIFIC PURPOSES AND OBJECTIVES INCLUDE: (1) PROMOTING AND ASSURING THE PROVISION OF APPROPRIATE MENTAL HEALTH AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE TO THE CITIZENS OF COLORADO AND ENVIRONS (2) PROMOTING THE INTEGRATION OF SERVICES AMONG THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS THROUGHOUT COLORADO AND ENVIRONS BY PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, QUALITY ASSURANCE, EDUCATION AND COORDINATION (3) CONTRACTING WITH THE STATE OF COLORADO AND OTHER PURCHASERS OF MENTAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES ON BEHALF OF THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS AS PROVIDERS OF SUCH SERVICES.
