ESTABLISHING A UNITY OF SPIRIT AND COOPERATION AMONG THE VARIOUS INSTITUTIONS AND SECTORS WHILE NURTURING THE APPROPRIATE DIVERSITY THAT IS ONE OF THE GLORIES OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN PENNSYLVANIA IS RIGHTLY A PART OF THE MISSION. CUPPSHE IS A VOLUNTARY MEMBER ORGANIZATION; IT SEEKS THOSE MUTUAL INTERESTS AND COMMONALTIES AMONG THE CONSTITUENT SECTORS AND VARIETY OF INSTITUTIONS THAT CAN BE DEVELOPED FOR THE BENEFIT OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND THE PEOPLE OF PENNSYLVANIA.
