THE ORGANIZATION IS DEDICATED TO PROMOTING AND ADVANCING THE REVITALIZATION OF THE CITY OF FLORENCE, ALABAMA AND THE SHOALS COMMUNITY BY BUILDING LEADERS THROUGH CHRISTIAN BASED YOUTH MENTORING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS THROUGH COMMON GROUND CIRRICULUM.
