THE SOLE EXCLUSIVE PURPOSE OF THIS TRUST IS TO PROVIDE FOR THE PAYMENT OF LIFE, SICK, ACCIDENT AND/OR OTHER BENEFITS AS DESCRIBED IN CODE SECTION 501(C)(9) TO PLAN PARTICIPANTS, THEIR DEPENDENTS AND/OR BENEFICIARIES. NO EMPLOYEE PENSION BENEFITS WILL BE FUNDED THROUGH THIS TRUST.
