THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO SUPPORT THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND SERVICES OF THE ASHLAND COMMUNITY AND TECHNICAL SOLLEGE AND TO PROMOTE AWARENESS OF THE COLLEGE FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS STUDENT BODY AND ALUMNI.
