THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION OF GENEVA WAS CREATED TO ADVANCE, ENCOURAGE, AND PROMOTE THE INDUSTRIAL, ECONOMIC, COMMERCIAL, AND CIVIC DEVELOPMENT OF GENEVA AND THE TERRITORY SURROUNDING GENEVA IN WHATEVER WAY AND BY SUCH MEANS AS WILL IMPROVE THE NORMAL GROWTH, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, AND STABILITY OF EMPLOYMENT IN EXISTING INDUSTRIES.
