THE MISSION OF COMMUNITY INCLUSION, INC., IS TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY, COST EFFECTIVE, COMPREHENSIVE PRIMARY AND PREVENTATIVE HEALTH AND DENTAL CARE IN THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE. WE ARE DEDICATED TO THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT IN SERVICES BEING PROVIDED TO DECREASE HEALTH DISPARITIES REGARDLESS OF PATIENTS' ABILITY TO PAY. WE ARE FURTHER DEDICATED TO BEING A WORLD-CLASS PROVIDER OF SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.
