CRC PROVIDES AN ARRAY OF SERVICES FOR THE DISABLED, PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV/AIDS, THE ELDERLY, AND THE SOCIO-ECONOMICALLY DISENFRANCHISED POPULATION SERVICES INCLUDE INCLUDING EMPLOYMENT TRAINING AND PLACEMENT FOR THE DISABLED; MEDICAL, HOUSING AND TARGETED CASE MANAGEMENT; HIV TESTING AND PREVENTION SERVICES; AND OUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELING.
