CYSA CREATES AND MAINTAINS AN EFFECTIVE SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR THE LOCAL YOUTH SERVICE BUREAUS, TEMPORARY SHELTERS, CRISIS INTERVENTION AND HOSE HOME PROGRAMS AND INDIVIDUALS CONCERNED ABOUT YOUTH, THUS ENHANCING THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY SERVICES TO YOUTH AND THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH OF CONNECTICUT. CYSA PROVIDES STRUCTURE FOR YOUTH SERVICE PROFESSIONALS TO NETWORK, EXCHANGE IDEAS AND ADVOCATE FOR THE YOUTH AND FAMILIES THEY SERVE.
