ASSIST PHILADELPHIANS WHOSE INCOMES ARE BELOW THE FEDERAL POVERTY LEVEL AND SEEK TO STABILIZE THEIR FINANCES. WE RECRUIT, TRAIN AND SUPPORT VOLUNTEER ATTORNEYS WHO REPRESENT CLIENTS WITH EITHER DEBT COUNSELING AND/OR CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY REPRESENTATION TO RECEIVE A FRESH FINANCIAL START.
