THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES WITH A VISION OF VIOLENCE-FREE NEIGHBORHOODS THAT LEADS TO COMMUNITY CHANGE FROM THE INSIDE-OUT BY TURNING TO CORE INFLUENCERS - THOSE WHO ARE BOTH ACTIVE AND FORMER GANG-INVOLVED INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE THE PROXIMITY AND CREDIBILITY TO REACH THOSE INVOLVED IN COMMUNITY VIOLENCE AND CAN BE CATALYSTS FOR CHANGE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.
