COSHOCTON AREA HOUSING CORPORATION (THE "PROJECT") IS A 20-UNIT PROJECT FOR ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED PERSONS LOCATED IN COSHOCTON, OHIO. THE PROJECT IS OPERATED UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ("HUD"). UNDER SECTION 202, THE PROJECT MUST ALSO PROVIDE SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, SUCH AS LEANING, MEALS, TRANSPORTATION, ETC. THE PROJECT'S MAJOR PROGRAM IS SECTION 202 CAPITAL ADVANCE.
