The Council of Schools for the BlindCOSB promotes the efficient management of schools for the blind encourage appropriate options in school placement for students with visual disabilities and increase public knowledge about blindness. COSBs established programs and activities include: communication amount member schools and educating the public about issues related to the education of the blind and visually impaired; and promoting best practices among schools for the blind and visually impaired.
