Mission
The Council of United Filipino organizations of Tidewater, Inc. is dedicated to the operation and maintenance of the Philippine Cultural Center of Virginia (PCC). As part of this mission various cultural performances, classes, and community service events (such as health screenings and immigration counseling) are performed by the council. The PCC acts as the cultural center for the Filipino community in Southeastern Virginia.
